Scope and Contents This folder contains correspondence and meeting minutes from the Southern Plains Regional Conservation Committee (SPRCC) . The correspondence from 1977-1978 relates to establishing a Board of Directors for the Southern Plains Regional Conservation Committee (SPRCC). Copies of bylaws and a member directory are enclosed among the letters. The meeting minutes range from 1981-1988. This folder is primarily composed of correspondence and financial reports by the Oklahoma Chapter of the Sierra Club . There are also Chapter bylaws (Sept. 11, 1982), officer lists, and Sierra Club brochures. Marvin Baker (the chair of the Oklahoma Chapter), John Rapp, and David Martinez are among the significant correspondents. A letter from David Boren can also be found in the folder. The financial reports are grouped together and date from 1980-1982. The letters date from 1979-1981.
