Scope and Contents
This folder contains correspondence and meeting minutes from the Southern Plains Regional Conservation Committee (SPRCC) . The correspondence from 1977-1978 relates to establishing a Board of Directors for the Southern Plains Regional Conservation Committee (SPRCC). Copies of bylaws and a member directory are enclosed among the letters. The meeting minutes range from 1981-1988. Also significant in this folder are a handwritten note dated July 27, 2017 from Marvin Baker to Charles Wesner and a photocopy of a typed note from Marvin Baker attached to the box the items were mailed in. Both describe the contents of the box the items were mailed in.
