This document contains two copies of an abbreviated transcript of a Memorial Day speech by Congressman Carl Albert given to the Oklahoma State Society of Washington, D.C. at the Statuary Hall in the Capitol Building to commemorate the legacies of Will Rogers and Sequoyah.
