Scope and Contents
The text contains a form for collecting information on students attending concho boarding school. The form asks for the students name, grade, sex, age, address, tribe, and reason for attending the school. It also asks for information on the students previous schooling and whether or not they have any siblings attending the school. Finally, the form asks for information on the occupation and education of the students parents.
