The 110-Year-Old Concho Indian School Near El Reno May Be Forced To Close
Scope and Contents
The concho indian school in el reno, oklahoma, may be forced to close at the end of june if further cuts are made in education programs under the federal bureau of indian affairs, a state indian affairs official said. Keeping the doors of the school open may hinge on whether the oklahoma congressional delegation is willing to pressure the federal bureau into changing its budget plans. Federal officials believe shutting down the school will result in savings of approximately $1.2 Million.
