In response to a complaint from Mr. Office. Wilson, congressman James r. Jones says that he has already spoken to the hospital administrator responsible for the project in question and that the funds for it are already available. He assures Mr. Wilson that the project will begin as soon as the weather clears up enough to allow construction to begin.
