Letter from Joe Shankhamala, President of the Osage Association, Inc., to James R. Jones, Member of Congress. Shankhamala is asking for Jones' help in arranging a meeting with Jack Ellison, Area Director of the Bureau of Indian Affairs. Shankhamala is concerned about how and when $291,000 will be distributed, and he feels that Ellison has been unresponsive to their requests for information.
