David nelson is an attorney who is representing some restricted Indians who are having trouble receiving their money from oil and gas runs in oklahoma. He has written to Jim jones, a member of congress, asking for help in obtaining the base operating budget for the last four years for the mineral management services, the bureau of Indian affairs, and the bureau of land management. Jim jones has written back to David nelson, saying that he will try to help and that he has already made an inquiry to the bureau of Indian affairs.
