Scope and Contents

This agreement between the Thlopthlocco tribal town and the Seminole tribe of Florida grants the latter exclusive rights to finance, construct, improve, manage, operate, and maintain a bingo facility on the formers reservation. Additionally, the Seminole tribe agrees to provide all personnel and logistical support necessary to keep the facility running smoothly. This arrangement is to last for ten years, at which point the parties may renegotiate the terms of the agreement.
