The Pawnee tribe is applying for economic development programs, and they are pleased that the ana is responsive to their request. However, they are concerned that the Bia is not greeting their proposal with the same enthusiasm. The delegation is working together to make the Bia more accountable for its actions, in the hope that this will improve their funding prospects.
