The text contains a letter from representative James r. Jones to Claude cox, principal chief of the Muscogee (creek) nation. In the letter, jones discusses a draft proposal to restore undistributed balances from the 1971 per capita payment made from dockets 21 and 276 funds to tribal ownership. Jones says that they are asking their Muskogee area director for a full report on the funds and for his comments on the proposal.
