The text describes a court case in which a group of Pawnee Indians reclaimed ownership of land and a lake that had been awarded to them by president franklin d. Roosevelt in 1937. The case was filed by the lawyers wheeler & wheeler, but they were killed in a car wreck before it was resolved. The case was eventually taken up by Scott & perry, who successfully argued for the Pawnee Indians. The court order quiets title in the heirs of phoebe fancy sun and granted judgment of $584.65 Against a group of club members.
