The plan for the use of creek judgement funds specifies that some of the funds will be used to liquidate debts incurred by the creek nation construction company, while the rest will be used for additional development of the creek nation capital complex. The complex is to be used as the center for the creek tribal government, and will include facilities for senior citizens, a tribal museum, and a library.
