The text contains a letter from congressman James r. Jones to chairman Lloyd meds of the Indian affairs subcommittee, enclosing a letter from Curtis canard opposing the use of creek judgment funds for construction loans. Canards letter states that the creek members of Thlopthlocco tribal town oppose the use of creek judgment funds for construction loans.
