Scope and Contents

The majority of the members of the Indian Advisory School Board at the Seneca Indian School in Wyandotte, Oklahoma have signed a petition requesting that Joe C. Christie, an employee at the school, be transferred to another position because of his disruptive behavior and negative impact on the school program. The petition cites several specific instances in which Christie has engaged in unfair labor practices and caused disruption among the school's employees and students. The petitioners believe that Christie's presence at the school is detrimental to the students' motivation and potential for development, and that he should be transferred to a position at a work post outside of the Seneca School program.
