Contains various materials pertaining to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the hazards and use of pesticides including EDB (ethylene dibromide). Includes various informational materials and handwritten notes, as well as testimonies, memos, and statements from hearings held before the Subcommittee on Environment, Energy, and Natural Resources of the House Committee on Government Operations. One hearing was held on November 10, 1986 to review the EPA's administration of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIRFA), and the another was held on July 9, 1987 on the EPA's Pesticide Indemnification and Disposal Program.
