Scope Note: "The Constitution and Bylaws of the Crow Tribal Council were first adopted in 1948 and established the Tribal Council (General Council) and the Executive Officials. The constitution and bylaws were repealed and replaced with the 2001 Constitution and Bylaws of the Crow Tribe of Indians. The 2001 Crow Constitution established three branches of government: Executive, Legislative, and Judicial.
