Contains a witness list and testimonies from a public hearing on Electricity Regulation which includes H.R. 1301, H.R. 1543, the Federal Power Act, and the Public Utility Holding Company Act of 1935 (PUHCA). The hearing was held on May 1, 1991 before the Subcommittee on Energy and Power of the House Committee on Energy and Commerce. These bills were later incorporated into the Energy Policy Act of 1992 (H.R. 776), subsequently known as the Comprehensive National Policy Act.
