Communication between Rebecca Bloom of the Democratic County Central Committee for Hughes County, Oklahoma and Lyle Boren concerning the "White Paper" and the British Governments enforcement. Bloom states the "White Paper" violates the Balfour Declaration which Congress endorsed in 1922.
