Leaflet consists of a map of the United States and Canada on the verso and information on the Primary Department such as officers, committee members, publications, statistics, and a financial report on the recto. Each state and province on the map is coded for the "Number of Unions" and state/province reporting of "Primary Departments" and "Secretary or Superintendents."

Booklet consists of a shippers' guide and two maps. "The Rand McNally New Commercial Atlas Map of Florida" features railroads, electric lines, steamship lines, and county and city boundaries. The "Florida Automobile Road Map" is printed on the verso of the atlas map and features auto roads.
