Contains materials pertaining to the consolidation of the 14 insolvent thrifts in Oklahoma into six regional institutions at a $1.9 billion estimated cost to the Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation (FSLIC). Includes numerous handwritten notes and annotations.

Contains an Annual Performance Report from the Oklahoma Small Business Development Center.

Contains newsletters and documents pertaining to the Oklahoma State Society and the Cherry Blossom Festivities.
