Confidential memo from the Gary Richardson campaign regarding the policy positions of Synar.

Contains a listing of Synar's votes on bills involving veterans, senior citizens, and other individuals/groups identified by Synar's office as "little men." This material was originally included with staff research into political issues in relationship to Synar's 1980 campaign.

Includes explanation of Synar's votes to "save dollars" and to "spend money" and a receipt from a ten key calculator that appears to be related to budget calculations.
