An avalanche of drugs has been pouring into this country, poisoning our kids, infesting our schools with drug dealers. This is Panamanian drug lord Manuel Noriega. George Bush decided to keep him on the CIA payroll. And the drugs have continued to pour in. And cocaine use is up. And teenage cocaine deaths are up. And again in 1983, George Bush dealt with Noriega. And again he did nothing. Nothing to stop the drugs. Now George Bush says he'll be tough on drug kingpins. But where was he when our kids needed him? And where will he be? I don't know.
