Expanding Grand Canyon National Park: A Call for Action

Mr. Rood sent a letter to Congressman Taylor regarding the expansion of the Grand Canyon National Park, specifically requesting additional areas to be included in the expansion. He also mentioned the need to repeal a section of the existing park act allowing for construction projects. Mr. Rood requested that the study provision concerning the enlargement of the Havasupai Reservation be upheld and that the geographical extent of the Grand Canyon be accurately defined.
