This document contains correspondence between Congressman Carl Albert, Governor Overton James of the Chickasaw Tribe, Congressman Sidney R. Yates, Assistant Surgeon General Emery A. Johnson of the Indian Health Service, Area Director John W. Davis of the Public Health Service, and Hugh Warren of Service Chevrolet of Ada, Oklahoma, notes between Congressman Albert's staff, letters from Congressman Albert thanking constituents for the interest in the hospital construction, and a news clipping from the Ada Evening News discussing the construction of a new Indian Hospital in Ada, Oklahoma.
