I'm Bill Horrigan. I entered this campaign because not enough is being done about the problems we face. A basic plan must be developed to reduce the budget deficit. I have such a plan. Our environment is threatened. Let's use our resources and technology to protect it for our children. We've been concentrating on building strength through defense. This spending must be reduced. World leaders need to work toward a common goal, the peaceful coexistence of our countries. It's time to change our direction.
