I'm Bill Horrigan. I want to rekindle a spirit that's inside all of us. It's a spirit blocked by a barrier of apathy. I think we're all overwhelmed at, disillusioned by the details of modern life. I want to focus on a democracy that sparks the original pride we all had, that rekindles our spirit. I believe in the original intent of democracy. All of us should contribute. Watch my campaign. I'm Bill Horrigan.
