The Republicans say 7.9% unemployment is acceptable. They've said it so long that people begin to believe it. Well, 7.9% unemployment is not acceptable. It is not to be tolerated. 7.9% unemployment is what you arrive at when incompetent leaders follow outdated, unjust, wasteful economic policies. I'm Jimmy Carter. Together, we can change this.
