Scope and Contents
The Colorado Mining Association is interested in joining forces with the Mahoning Mining Company in a tax legislative program to make depletion allowances permanent. They discuss the inclusion of nonmetallic in the program and express a desire to have representation in Washington at the proper time. The Mahoning Mining Company expresses interest in a proposed amendment to include other mineral products in the program and will communicate with Representative Schwabe upon receiving more information.
