Morgan-this year: AIO FILE I - Second Direct Mail Test, 1966-01-01T00:00:00+00:00 - 1976-12-31T00:00:00+00:00
Scope and Contents
The document discusses the problems faced by American Indians, and suggests that the best way to solve these problems is to stop thinking of them as an Indian problem and instead think of them as a human problem. The author argues that the Bureau of Indian Affairs has not been successful in its efforts to improve the lives of American Indians, and that the best way to improve the situation is to provide more opportunities for Oklahoma Indians to become a part of the wider community.
