The document contains hearings on the seizure and occupation of the Bureau of Indian Affairs headquarters building. Statements are included from the Commissioner of Indian Affairs, the Deputy Director of the Office of Management and Budget, the General Counsel of the General Services Administration, the executive director of the National Council on Indian Opportunity, and the Chief of Police of the Metropolitan Police Department.
