Scope and Contents
The text is a notification to members of Congress regarding the approval of allocations to institutions participating in the National Direct Student Loan Program. Federal funds will provide 90% of the capital contributions, with institutions providing the remaining 10%. The total amount being allocated for Fiscal Year 1975 is $284,533,539 to benefit an estimated 677,681 students.
