Scope and Contents

Sam K. Viersen, Jr. sent two checks for $500 each in April, but there was a mix-up in the mailing system which caused him to receive a second request for funds. The University of Oklahoma Board of Visitors apologized for the error and thanked Viersen for his contribution.
