Request for Preliminary Campaign Contributions for Dewey Bartletts Potential 1972 Senate Run, 1971-08-25

Scope and Contents

David Bartlett is writing to O.C. Evans to inform him that his brother, Ex-Governor Dewey Bartlett, is considering running for the U.S. Senate in 1972. Dewey has been traveling to all 77 counties in Oklahoma to build support and has hired a team to help with his campaign. David is asking for financial contributions to help fund Dewey's campaign, and while O.C. Evans is unable to contribute at this time, he wishes them the best of luck.
