Scope and Contents
This document features a double-sided map with a road map of the "City of Lawton" on one side and a pictorial map of the "Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge and Fort Sill" on the other. The "City of Lawton" map includes annotations and inscriptions marking Carl Stephens's land and the surrounding area under development. The verso is stamped by the Bureau of Indian Affairs with the date November 23, 1965, and the number 5807. The map is a planimetric gel lithograph in color, measuring 19 7/8 by 25 7/8 inches, and includes inscriptions and annotations in red pen and pencil on the recto, with a blue stamp on the verso.
