The plans marks the proposed locations of valves, gas lines, and stations in Scullin, Oklahoma. The Scullin Distribution System is a part of a wider project to bring gas systems for glass and sand plants in the Pontotoc, Johnston, and Murray County areas. The drawing is attributed to Ralph W. Delaney.
