Scope and Contents

The document describes a project plan for the temporary use of a specific space, which will later be modernized and converted into a stair area. The plan includes the provision of furniture and furnishings by the Clerk of the House of Representatives and the installation of telephones by the C&P Telephone Company. The plan is subject to approval from the House Administration Committee and was approved by Congressman Edward R. Roybal on April 12, 1977. The project is titled 'House Office Building' and the partial fifth floor plan is included in the document. This plan is part of the furniture layout for the Congressional Hispanic Caucus and was approved by George M. White on January 6, 1977.
