Scope and Contents
The document is a detailed plan for modifications in the Rayburn House Office Building, including relocation of existing light fixtures and fire extinguisher to accommodate new storage room partitions. New partitions will be built around existing water pipe and sprinkler system. It also includes instructions for new doors and a precast reinforced concrete lintel over each door. The project is coordinated by an engineer, approved by Architect of the Capitol, George M. White. The plan includes existing painted stripes and parking spaces, a key shop, and a locksmith department. It also shows the location of the north-east corner of the third garage level.
