Scope and Contents

Mayfield wrote to Senator Monroney inquiring about the distribution of judgment funds in Dockets 67, 124-A and 251 on behalf of the Miami Indian Tribe. Senator Monroney responded, stating that legislation authorizing the distribution of funds is being drafted by the Bureau of Indian Affairs and will be introduced soon. Senator Monroney assured Mayfield that there should be no issues with enacting the legislation in the regular order of business.
