Scope and Contents
Earl Welch thanks Senator Mike Monroney for his help in appointing a new Governor for the Chickasaw Nation of Indians of Oklahoma. Welch hopes that E. B. Maytubby of Muskogee will be appointed and expresses confidence that there will be no regrets. Welch signs off expressing sincere appreciation and friendship towards Senator Monroney.
