Correspondence Regarding Utility Costs at Chilocco Indian School's National Guard Armory, 1963, 1963-06-19

Scope and Contents

Maj. Gen. Roy W. Kenny is pleased to inform that the charges for utility services and maintenance at Chalaco Indian School will not be increased in Fiscal Year 1964, ensuring the continuation of the National Guard Armory at that location. The excessive proposed charges had raised concerns, but efforts are being made to arrive at a more equitable formula for payment. Senator Mike Monroney is also involved in advocating for a reasonable service charge basis for the armory.
