Elmer Thomas is requesting the Department to reconsider the sale of Indian Timber lands in Oklahoma as smaller companies are being excluded from bidding. He has sent a message to various lumber companies in the area informing them of the request. The message also includes terms and conditions for sending telegrams through Western Union.
