Scope and Contents
The Assistant Commissioner of Indian Affairs is replying to a letter from Senator Elmer Thomas regarding the sale of Choctaw tribal timber tracts in Oklahoma. The proposed sale has been indefinitely postponed pending further study of the situation. The Assistant Commissioner is returning the enclosures that were sent with the Senator's letter.
