Scope and Contents

Coleman J. Marc wrote a letter to Elmer Thomas regarding timber being stolen from unallotted lands belonging to Choctaw and Chickasaw Tribes. Thomas assures Marc that he will do what he can to help with the situation and will confer with Chief Durant of the Choctaws. Marc asks for advice on how to protect their property and prosecute those responsible.
