Scope and Contents
Elmer Thomas received a letter from Miss Brannon regarding the sale of Indian lands. He has received protests and filed them with the Indian Office. He is cooperating with Chief Durant of the Choctaw Tribe to help Indian citizens. He thanks Miss Brannon for her letter and encourages her to write to him about any matter of interest.
