Scope and Contents
Senator Elmer Thomas received a report from the Indian Office regarding a per capita payment in 1893. He forwarded this report to C. B. Bascom in Quinton, Oklahoma, and offered his further assistance if needed. The Indian Office also sent a response to Senator Thomas regarding the inquiry from Bascom.
