Mrs. Pearl Sellers wrote a letter inquiring about the funds of the Five Civilized Tribes, and Senator Elmer Thomas is referring her letter to the Department to provide her with more information. He also mentions that while a per capita payment may not be possible, efforts are being made to provide relief for the distressed Indians. Senator Thomas also writes to Honorable John Collier, Commissioner of Indian Affairs, asking him to directly advise Mrs. Sellers on the matter.
