Elmer Thomas received a letter from Earl Boyd Pierce containing minutes of a meeting of representatives of the Five Civilized Tribes, which he will review. He also received a report on the progress and problems of the tribes from March 1, 1948. Elmer Thomas thanked Earl Boyd Pierce for sending the documents and offered his assistance.
