Scope and Contents

Folsom is inquiring about the availability and cost of laws and treaties relating to Indian Affairs of the Five Civilized Tribes. Senator Thomas responds that the compilation of these laws is not yet available, but he plans to secure an appropriation to complete it at the beginning of the session of Congress in January. Folsom had previously inquired about this matter in June 1939 but did not receive a response.
