Scope and Contents

Mrs. J. F. Pratt, Jr. writes to Senator Elmer Thomas about the Choctaw-Chickasaw Rights in the Fitts Oil Field. She expresses concern that the money from tribal properties is not benefiting enrolled members of the tribes and urges Senator Thomas to work towards per capita payments for them. She also mentions the struggles of her relatives who are in need of assistance. She requests that Senator Thomas consider their perspective and take action to address these issues.
